cardiomegaly, No cardiac signs and symptoms were observed, The clinica
l outcome was rapidly fatal, Angiosarcoma of the heart should be suspe
cted in patients with hemoptysis and nodular chest radiograph abnormal
ities, even in the absence of cardiac signs and symptoms.
