Sagittal wave fields in the plane of the transverse anisotropy of a hexagon
al bicrystal layer-substrate structure have been analytically calculated. T
he resonance effects arising in reflection of plane elastic waves and bound
ed wave beams from the structure interface are studied in the vicinity of t
he leaky eigenmode. The physical parameters of slightly divergent wave beam
s providing the resonance excitation of a Rayleigh wave on the free surface
of the layer and nonspecular reflection of the beam in the substrate are i
ndicated.
