The aim of this paper is to explore and present a proposal for a new work s
ystem for the aged worker. The method of reseach used to establish the syst
em was to observe, record, and measure the actions of sitting workers perfo
rming assembly operations on electrical products. An evaluation inner used
in this study was obtained by measuring the motion time, cycle time pel pro
duct, and the workload (CFF: Critical Flicker Fusion Frequency and Subjecti
ve Symptom of Fatigue). The results lead to the new work system being ident
ified and to the I eduction of handling motion of get and place work and th
e work load. It was determined that the system is adaptable for aged worker
