Abstract
Temperature-dependent Raman spectra of incommensurate and ferroelastic KSc( WO4)(2) single crystal have been measured. Two soft modes and the splitting of E-g modes into doublets have been observed below 307 K temperature. The results are used to Interpret the structural changes exhibited by KSc(WO4) (2).
