Abstract
We investigated the phase transitions in the (CH3NH3)(3)Bi2(1-x)Sb2xBr9 mix ed crystal system. The concentration-temperature phase diagram was made on the basis of the result of dielectric measurements. The triple point was fo und at 32 mol% and 107 K in the phase diagram.
