Abstract
In a certain gauge, we get a new Lax operator for trigonometric Calogero-Mo ser model. The corresponding r-matrix is shown to be nondynamical. At the s ame time, we find that trigonometric Calogero-Moser model and trigonometric Ruijsenaars-Schneider model are governed by the completely same nondynamic al r-matrix.
