Abstract
A novel transmission-line type high-frequency transformer has been develope d by using a fine-grain Mn-Zn ferrite. The device consists of a fine-grain Mn-Zn ferrite core, polyimide insulator, copper planar winding and copper g round-plane, which. operates as a distributed constant circuit. A quarter-w avelength transmission-line transformer with a large voltage-gain under hig h impedance termination has been investigated, and has been applied for hig h frequency power conversion.
