The purpose of this paper is to experimentally demonstrate advantages of th
e new matrix type sensors useful for testing of planar specimens made of IN
CONNEL600. A computer controlled ECT system used for multi-frequency testin
g is also described. The extended experiments with the sensors were perform
ed and their results are presented, Results of the comparison of the sensor
s are given.
