Abstract
The anisotropy distribution in Fe77.5Si7.5B15 amorphous glass-covered wires and wires after glass removal is investigated by FMR measurements. The pea ks of the FMR spectra allow the determination of easy axes and anisotropy f ields. The anisotropy distribution changes with glass removal and applied s tress. The results are explained by considering the magnetoelastic anisotro py of amorphous wires.
