Abstract
For amplitude asymmetry control and thermal stability control at higher are al density, synthetic spin valve is one of the key technologies. We developed micromagnetics model for synthetic SV with semi-classical GMR theory and estimated optimum set of thicknesses of synthetic pinned layers. The ratio of two pinned layers thicknesses is around 1.5 similar to 1.8 fo r good asymmetry and high ESD resistance.
