Abstract
Remanent coercivity behavior of bicrystal,media in the range of nanosecond field duration were investigated using micromagnetic calculations including thermal fluctuation field. Coercivity variations of the bicrystal structur e were more sensitive in the range of nsec field duration than that of non- bicrystal structure, which may be a demerit for high data rate applications .
