Abstract
The temperature dependence of the microwave surface resistance for overdope d YBa2Cu3O7-delta films has been investigated experimentally. The observed unusual behavior of the surface resistance is described by the schemes base d on an idea of the spin-flip scattering of carriers, resulting in the pair -breaking, and the subsequent recovery of superconductivity caused by the o rdering of the magnetic impurities at low temperatures.
