Abstract
The instability of a radiation detector has been studied by means of 1 150 nm infrared light. The change in the detector sensitivity is exhib ited in photocurrent measurements. Several resonancelike bumps were ob served in the conductance of the detector when the aging was incomplet e. Using the observed data, we discuss the possible mechanisms which a ffect detector stability.
