Structurization of knowledge in monitoring systems

Problems associated with the creation of an expert knowledge base for monit oring tasks that require operative processing of incoming data and, as a re sult, restructuring of the knowledge base are considered. The procedures re ducing the search for an optimal consonant state of mutually related elemen ts of a knowledge base are proposed. An approach to the estimation of the i nterrelations of weakly structured objects such as text documents and infor mational messages is developed. A practical implementation of this approach , the operating "Resonance" system, is described.
