Abstract
The paper considers certain problems of the informational approach to the c onstruction of hybrid systems that should ensure an effective interaction o f logical and image methods for data processing. It is shown how it is poss ible to describe processes that are carried out in neural networks using th e language of information theory. Certain results in the neuroinformatics t hat are obtained by using the maximum information principle are stated.
