Abstract
A model of a fast two-layer neural network is considered. Structural charac teristics of the model are introduced on the basis of which the plasticity of the neural network is analyzed. Exact computational formulas for the deg ree of plasticity are obtained. The results are extended to the classical c ompletely connected neural networks. Some examples are presented.
