Abstract
Aspergillus osteomyelitis is a severe complication of invasive aspergi llosis. Fewer than 15 cases have been observed after solid organ trans plantation. We describe a case of Aspergillus osteomyelitis of the ili um after heart-lung transplantation with favorable outcome after medic al treatment.
