Abstract
Ground-state rotational energies of even-even deformed superheavy nuclei we re calculated in the cranking approximation. Rather complex systematics of the results was obtained. It is interpreted as reflecting the exceptional s hell structure of these nuclei, predicted by theory and partly confirmed by their decay properties, already shown in experiment.
