Abstract
The dielectric properties of the (1-x)NaNbO3-xKNbO(3) and (1-x)NaNbO3-xPbTi O(3) systems are investigated. The antiferroelectric-ferroelectric transiti on regions are determined. It is established that in the (1-x)NaNbO3-xKNbO( 3) system the antiferroelectric phase is stable for x less than or equal to 0.01 and the ferroelectric phase is stable for x greater than or equal to 0.0175; the transition from one phase into another occurs in the concentrat ion range 0.01 < x < 0.0175. In the (1-x)NaNbO3-xPbTiO(3) system the transi tion region lies in the range 0.07 < x < 0.11. (C) 1999 American Institute of Physics.
