Abstract
The thermal decomposition of mixed-ligand complexes of cobalt, nickel and c opper saccharinates with hydrazine and ethylenediamine were studied in stat ic air atmosphere. The first decomposition stage usually corresponds to deh ydration, dehydrazination or deethyleneamination. Kinetic analysis of data indicates that these stages follow a low energetic process. All complexes f orm metal saccharinates as intermediates and the final decomposition produc ts are found to be the respective metal oxides. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B .V. All rights reserved.
