Abstract
The development of two Trichogramma species, T. cacoeciae and T. evane scens (Hym., Trichogrammatidae), parasitoids of Lobesia botrana (Lep., Tortricidae) have been observed under natural conditions in Antibes-F rance, during the fall and winter seasons, 1990/1991. It is clear that , T. cacoeciae and T. evanescens can stop their development by either quiescence or diapause, in these natural conditions. T. evanescens was more sensitive to low temperatures than T. cacoeciae.
