Abstract
We describe a novel method for surgical repair of giant right coronary aneu rysm. Instead of aneurysm ligation and coronary bypass we mobilized the inf low and outflow and performed end-to-end anastomosis. This preserved the na tive vessel. Restudy in both patients confirmed the effectiveness of this t echnique. (C) 1999 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
