Abstract
This paper presents some insights into Jordan's energy consumption in the u rban residential sector. Eighteen percent of the country's total energy is consumed by the residential sector, which constitutes 84% of the country's residential energy consumption. Diesel fuel, bottled LPG, kerosene, and ele ctricity are the main sources of energy in the urban residential sector. (C ) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
