Abstract
Novel perovskite-type oxide (La0.54(9)Ag0.33(1))TiO2.98(9) was synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method. The perovskite-phase was f ound to have a simple cubic symmetry with the lattice parameter a = 3.8799( 6) Angstrom. Using the adjusted solution of the sulfuric acid added some am monium sulfates, the sample can be dissolved. The analysis of ICP was carri ed out to determine the elemental ratio of sample. At low temperature, (La0 .54(9)Ag0.33(1))TiO2.98(9) Shows a quantum paraelectric behavior.
