Abstract
KTiOPO4 single crystals grown by the TSSG technique were subjected to ac co nductivity and dielectric measurements. The investigations were carried out in the frequency range 100Hz-1MHz and in the temperature range 100-750 deg rees C. The conductivity of the KTP crystals was found to depend strongly o n the frequency of the measuring electric field. The relaxation mechanism o f the dielectric permittivity was observed for different frequencies.
