We consider a bilinear optimal control problem where the state equation is
a Kirchhoff plate equation. The control acts as a multiplier of the velocit
y term. We prove the existence of an optimal control in a class h is an ele

o h(t) less than or equal to M} and uniqueness of this optimal control for
