Abstract
The unusual case of a young woman with an aneurysm of the muscular interven tricular septum associated with an aneurysm of the interatrial septum and a muscular interventricular septal defect is presented. The echocardiographi c, electrocardiographic, catheterization, and nuclear medicine findings are described.
