Abstract
Bacidia parathalassica, a new corticolous lichen species, is described from the mediterranean littoral. It differs from B. fraxinea and B. rubella, by its thallus morphology, the exciple cells and the presence of crystals in exciple and epihymenium that dissolve in HNO3.
