Abstract
A database containing information on the magnetic, electrical and mechanica l properties of steels of different chemical composition after hardening an d annealing at different temperatures is described. An example of the use o f methods of multiparameter multiparameter regression analysis to establish relations between the chemical composition and the properties of steels is given.
