When a powerful user turns on or turns off, voltage jumps and change o
f generator rotational speed occur in a self-contained power-supply sy
stem. Needless to say, this causes unwanted impacts. It is shown that
introduction of an additional Line of delay up to 1 s into a control l
oop and the use of a special controller that prepares a system to load
jumps significantly decrease fluctuation of the generator rotational
speed. The paper also discusses the most characteristic cases of one a
nd two jumps of the Poisson flow for the turning on or off of one powe
rful user. Controllers are designed as optimal with respect to a quadr
atic quality functional.
