Abstract
We compared coronary angiography of the radial artery using 6Fr cathet ers in 116 patients with that of the femoral artery in 100 case contro ls. We showed that transradial coronary angiography offers a useful al ternative to the femoral route and can be performed without resorting to 5Fr catheters.
