Abstract
We present a 16-year-old girl who developed congestive heart failure d uring and after delivery of her first child, and who was diagnosed as having peripartum cardiomyopathy. Cardiac catheterization with coronar y arteriography confirmed the correct diagnosis of anomalous origin of the left main coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk.
