Abstract
In this paper, by using Liapunov functional, some sufficient conditions are
obtained for the stability of the equilibrium of a neural network model wi
th delay of the type
u'(i) (t) = - b(i)u(i)(t) + (j=1)Sigma(n) T(ij)f(j)(mu(j)u(j)(t - tau(j)))
+ c(i), tau (j)greater than or equal to 0, i = 1,2, ..., n.
