Thermal reactions of (Ph2C2S2)(4)Fe-2 with Cp'Ru-2(2)(CO)(4) (Cp' = eta(5)- C5H4SiMe3, eta(5)-C5Me5 (Cp*)) gave new paramagnetic heterodinuclear comple xes (Ph2C2S2)Fe(Cp'Ru)(mu-Ph2C2S2)(2) bridged by two dithiolene ligands.
