Abstract
We report the successful clearance of severe chronic plaque psoriasis follo wing treatment with fumaric acid esters (FAE) in two patients who had faile d previous systemic therapy, FAE is gaining increasing acceptance for the t reatment of psoriasis in countries such as Germany and the Netherlands, but at present remains unlicensed in Britain.
