M. Kawasuji et al., FAILURE OF GASTROEPIPLOIC ARTERY GRAFT DUE TO GASTRODUODENAL ARTERY-STENOSIS, European journal of cardio-thoracic surgery, 11(4), 1997, pp. 790-792
We report a patient with recurrent angina after gastroepiploic artery
grafting to the right coronary artery because of a stenotic lesion of
the gastroduodenal artery, which limited blood flow through the right
gastroepiploic artery graft and caused myocardial ischemia. The patien
t was successfully treated by saphenous vein grafting to the right cor
onary artery without cardiopulmonary bypass. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science
