Trophoenergetic mechanisms of intrageneration variability in fish

The author's and published materials on mechanisms underlying divergence of fish growth within individual generations are analyzed. Ic has been shown that bioenergetic mechanisms of size-weight differentiation of fish within individual generations are related to food requirements, intensity of energ y metabolism, and efficiency of utilization of consumed and assimilate food for growth.
