Abstract
A single-chamber autoclave with a heating plate was used for the acid disso lution of quartz and metallic silicon. Analysis was performed by ICP-MS. Co mparison of Li-6, Li-7, In-115, Cl-35 and Cl-37+(ArH)-Ar-36-H-1 was carried out for selecting the best internal standard taking into account instrumen tal drift. The selection criteria are discussed. Cl-35 was selected as the internal standard.
