Abstract
Single crystals of KSnOAsO4 and K(Ti,Sn)OAsO4 with structure of KTiOPO4 (KT P) were grown via spontaneous nucleation technique from K2O and As2O5 enric hed melts. The crystals were up to 0.5 mm in size. Powder X-ray diffraction data and results of composition characterization are reported. (C) 1999 Pu blished by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
