Abstract
A previously proposed simple model for paramagnetism of glasses is develope d. The non-linear temperature dependencies of the reciprocal paramagnetic s usceptibility of glasses for systems Ca-Ge-Mn-S and Ge-Sb-Fe-Se are quantit atively described in terms of the model and information about the compositi on of the second coordination sphere of transitional metals is obtained.
