Abstract
The novel lipophilic a-aminophosphonates were synthesized by the Kabachnik- Fields reaction. These compounds exhibited remarkable selectivity as carrie rs fbr the membrane transport of the biorelevant species such as alpha-amin o and alpha-hydroxy acids.
