Abstract
In this paper, we define a class of semigroups called C-wrpp semigroup s and prove that they are a generalization of C-rpp semigroups. Moreov er, Theorem 3. 1 generalizes immediately the structure theorem for Cli fford semigroups [5] and the main result of J.B. Fountain [3].
