Abstract
By collating vortex relaxation data for a number of high-quality (Y, T m)Ba2Cu3O7-delta crystals, several different regions of the H-T plane can be mapped out quantitatively, and without resort to fitting parame ters. The features discussed are universal to all samples studied, and the crossovers between the regions can be understood in terms of dyna mic transitions in the vortex behaviour. The relaxation information tr anslates into an electric field-current picture, where different regio ns of the E-J curve are probed using two complementary relaxation tech niques.
