Particular characteristics of extensive grassland utilisation in Hungary and in other countries, with particular respect to beef cattle keeping

In our work we tried to paint two possibilities of the extensive west grass husbandry with the help of examples from Western Europe. The data we have got are good representations for keeping beef-cattle and -sheep are very us eful and can be successful, with quite good financial aid in Hungary.
