Software for evaluation of time and costs of operation: Database and toolsdesign

The design of database and tools for machinery performance and cost evaluat ion has been done by the authors. The main philosophy was to make one tool sharable among technicians and farmers. The use of internet to share data and programs can help in some ways, becau se for the client it is easier to communicate in a non-expensive way, and f or the service it is simple to update and modify the tools avoiding the dis tribution costs of the new version of the package. A prototype of the tool is under development.
