This paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental study of th
e physical model of a new type circular link for a free-active spinharrow.
The motion principle of the circular link is explained and the detailed des
cription of the structure of the circular link is given. The dependencies o
f the forces and moments applied to the circular link on its angular co-ord
inate just before motion are determined theoretically. It is shown that und
er given assumptions the resultant force and the resultant moment, applied
to the circular link, do not depend on its angular co-ordinate.
