Abstract
The atomic quantum behaviors in the system of two-mode squeezed vacuum fiel d interacting with a two-level atom via two-photon process are studied by m eans of quantum theory. The condition for the occurrence of coherent trappi ng and the influence of the squeezing parameters on the atomic dipole squee zing are discussed.
