Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess the hemodynamic effects of a postme al walk in frail elderly patients with postprandial hypotension. We demonst rated that frail elderly patients with postprandial hypotension are able to increase their blood pressure and heart rate in response to a postmeal wal king exercise, but this effect is limited to the exercise period only and i s not sustained during subsequent rest.
