Abstract
Cryptosporidiosis is an important enteric parasitic infection that affects
young calves and humans. The economic and public health impact of the disea
se continues to plague the livestock industry. This article reviews the epi
zootic potentials, prevalence, clinical presentation, and diagnosis of cryp
tosporidiosis and discusses various control measures.
