Abstract
A two-stage current-controlled ring oscillator implemented in 0.35 mu m CMO S is presented. The basic building block is a parallel pair of differential amplifiers which reliably generates the necessary phase shift and gain to fulfil the oscillation conditions. Simulation study and experimental result s are presented.
